The Inspire Arts Trust is a charity with the aim of developing people (primarily young people) through music, dance and the creative arts; and inspiring them to realise their potential, be creative and live their dream. Inspire has a lot to offer including our performing arts academy BALPA (Bristol Academy of Live Performing Arts) which opens its doors to around 200 young people each week. We now run fitness classes, adult dance classes and classes for the older generation as well. Throughout the years we have worked with schools, young offenders institutes, specialist organisations, prisons and many other organisations both in South Gloucestershire and beyond. DANCE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS! (18+)
MONDAY 7 – 8PM
Combining a mixture of dance styles from samba to street and from Latin to contemporary, this class is a great way to get fit and have fun. No previous dance experience is necessary. Just come in trainers and work out gear and get ready for fitness and fun as you groove to the music!
