We are thrilled to launch or 2024/2025 timetable for BALPA.  You can book now in our shop for all our classes and lessons.  NEW for this BALPA year we have – Fitness classes for ages 18 – adult, Intergenerational Movement Class for ages 50+ and 4 – 8 year olds, Sing Out for ages 50+ as well as the return and extension of our normal classes.  For individual lessons we can now also offer Music Production & Sound Engineering alongside our other offerings.  Why not browse the website and book in yourself or your child for one or more of our classes?  Don’t forget we offer bursary funding if you are in need of it too.

 

Our BALPA activity days run in the school holidays for children from Reception all the way through to Year 6. The days typically run from 10am – 4pm and are held at Caedmon Complex in Thornbury (next to Tesco). 

 

The days feature performing arts including street dance and musical theatre plus craft activities, fun games and a healthy but fun lunch. Beginners and experienced performers welcome. Funding available for those on free school meals.

 

These days are subsidised by Inspire to ensure the cost is kept low. £16 per child per day.

Here at BALPA we hold a free family fun day every year and this year is no exception!  It will be on 8th September 1.30 – 4.30pm at our base Caedmon Complex (next to Tesco in Thornbury).  The fun day is free to all and there is nothing to pay for once here too.  Your children can enjoy a bouncy castle, face painting, outdoor games plus try out some of our activities we offer such as street dance, drumming and much more during the afternoon.  There are also free refreshments.  No need to register, just turn up on the day.  We will be there and there will be things to do come rain or shine!!
