Adult Classes

DANCE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS! (18+) 

MONDAY 7 – 8PM 

 

Combining a mixture of dance styles from samba to street and from Latin to contemporary, this class is a great way to get fit and have fun. No previous dance experience is necessary. Just come in trainers and work out gear and get ready for fitness and fun as you groove to the music!

MASTERING DANCE (18+) 

MONDAY 8 – 9PM 

For those of you who still want to get fit but also want to learn challenging choreography, dance technique and routines, then this is the class for you. Covering different dance styles every two weeks, this is a chance to hone your technique and push your body and your memory to learn more. No experience is necessary.

SING OUT! 

FRIDAY* 2 – 3PM 

Are you aged over 50? Do you want to make friends and have fun singing and socialising together? Then look no further! We have the session for you. Sing Out! is a chance for you to sing songs you enjoy, learn some new songs and have fun together! 

*Held once a month with a couple of exceptions: 

(3rd October, 14th November, 5th December, 16th January, 6th February, 6th March, 1st May, 12th June, 3rd July) 

 

 

 

POP-UP PILATES 

Whilst we cannot offer this class on a regular basis, we have added some pop-up Pilates classes where you can come and strengthen your core and your body.
