Booking and Important Information 2026/27
Fees 2026/27
Our fees are calculated based on a 10-week term, which is payable by four equal instalments on the 1st of each month, all year round - term 1 = September to December, term 2 = January to April and term 3 = May to August. We do this to spread the cost and make it more manageable. This does mean that there is a payment due in August, even though we have stopped lessons for the summer.
Class Fees:
We have some classes which should be subsidised through funding we have received, these are:
Group A – Rhythm & Movement, Accessible Dance (both classes)
Group B – Dance Your Way to Fitness, Pilates
Please note that should we not be successful in obtaining funding, the cost of these classes will increase to the normal monthly cost. We would notify you prior to the class starting if this is the case to see if you still wished to join.
Individual Lessons:
Joint lessons are priced on an individual basis.
Please note if you need to cancel an individual lesson, 24 hour’s notice needs to be given for the lesson to be re-arranged. If less than 24 hour’s notice is given, the lesson is fortified and you will still be charged.
Payment Arrangements
We use a payment processing system called GoCardless to collect standing order payments for the fees. When you enrol, we will send you a link to set up your bank mandate to enable us to collect the payments. Payments are collected on the 1st of each month.
Deposit
We take an initial deposit which is equal to one month’s payment. In the future, when you give notice of leaving, we will either cancel your final payment, as it’s covered by this deposit, or refund the deposit to you, depending on notice given and cut off dates for payments.
Notice of Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your child’s class or lesson, we require the following notice:
Individuals – 4 weeks notice, payment will be due up to the end of the notice period.
Classes - payment will be required until the end of the current term. Please let us know two weeks before the end of the current term, if your child won’t be returning for the next term.
When you give notice, please do not cancel your GoCardless mandate – we will do this once you have paid in full for the current term.

Term 3* Please note: there will be no classes/lessons on Monday 3rd May, these will be during BALPA half term on Monday 7th June
Please note on occasion we may need to move classes due to tutor illness or availability. For each class if there are any changes to dates, emails will be sent out clarifying this.
