Adult Classes
DANCE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS! (18+)
MONDAY 7 – 8PM
Combining a mixture of dance styles from samba to street and from Latin to contemporary, this class is a great way to get fit and have fun. No previous dance experience is necessary. Just come in trainers and work out gear and get ready for fitness and fun as you groove to the music!

MASTERING DANCE (18+)
MONDAY 8 – 9PM
For those of you who still want to get fit but also want to learn challenging choreography, dance technique and routines, then this is the class for you. Covering different dance styles every two weeks, this is a chance to hone your technique and push your body and your memory to learn more. No experience is necessary.

POP-UP PILATES
Whilst we cannot offer this class on a regular basis, we have added some pop-up Pilates classes where you can come and strengthen your core and your body.
