DANCE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS! (18+)
MONDAY 7 – 8PM
Combining a mixture of dance styles from samba to street and from Latin to contemporary, this class is a great way to get fit and have fun. No previous dance experience is necessary. Just come in trainers and work out gear and get ready for fitness and fun as you groove to the music!

PILATES & TONE (18+)
THURSDAY 7.15 – 8.15PM

Looking after your body now can help you stay active and mobile for years to come. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, and increases flexibility, helping protect your joints and reduce the risk of injury. Whether you’re completely new to exercise or already active, this class welcomes all levels and abilities. Please note: This class will run for 40 weeks of the year.
